With the flagship brand “Arpico” leading one of Sri Lanka’s largest modern retail chains, this role offers excellent exposure and growth opportunities in the retail and FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with prospective tenants and clients on new business development opportunities.

• Manage relationships with existing tenants and clients.

• Follow up with tenants and suppliers on outstanding payments.

• Handle operational issues related to suppliers and tenants efficiently.

• Maintain documentation and prepare analytical records.

Qualifications & Education:

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (or equivalent).

• Strong academic background with G.C.E. (A/L).

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or marketing.

• Fluency in English & Sinhala.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
