With its flagship brand “Arpico” leading one of Sri Lanka’s largest retail chains, this is a rewarding opportunity to build a career in retail and FMCG business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely agreement renewals.

• Follow up with tenants and suppliers on outstanding payments.

• Handle operational issues of suppliers and tenants effectively.

• Perform additional duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications & Education:

• Full or part professional qualification in Marketing OR a Degree in Marketing/Business Management.

• Sound academic background with G.C.E. (A/L).

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development/marketing (preferred).

• Prior experience in modern trade / FMCG retail is an added advantage.

• Fluency in English & Sinhala.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
